Can I customise items with my logo?

Yes! We customise ceramic and glass items with no minimum order quantity, in-house. If you would like a quote for this service, select the items you need and then add them to your branded quote. You can then upload you logo to the enquiry form. We will then email a graphic design of the items decorated with your logo and a quote.

What sort of packaging do you use?

We use second hand boxes supplied to us by local companies for both outer packaging and for interior padding. This is in line with our commitment to sustainability.

How long does delivery take?

From stock we deliver plain (un-customised) orders in 2-7 working days depending on your location. Shipments to outlying areas and NI could take a day or two longer. For overseas shipments we will confirm delivery time once the order is placed as it differs country to country. Delays to international shipments due to customs are beyond our control. New decorated orders take 3 weeks from order date. Repeat decorated orders take 10-14 days. Is there any Express Delivery option

Yes ! There is an Express option- for Next day to the UK. You need to order before 1pm and it socst £9 ex vat. If you are a bit late- contact us we might still be able to help. If the Express option isn't showing we ocassionally briefly turn it off if we know we are not able to offer it , to avoid disappointment.

Can I speak to someone on the phone?

Yes! We would love to take your call on any subject; stock availability, which cups would best suit your coffee service, or whether can deliver in time for your new opening. Just call 0114 248 9416. We answer the phone Mon- Fri 9.30 to 5:30 but any other time use live chat which is manned by real people almost 24/7

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Online order shipping is automatically calculated when you check out and, if you want a quote for custom printed items, we will include shipping when we send you the quote.

What are the shipping rates to the rest of the world?

They vary by weight of order , Value of order and destination. contact us on live chat and we will tell you before you check out.

I am ordering from outside the UK. Will there be duties and Taxes to pay ?

Unfortunately yes, and the shipping time will depend on customs in your country. We can't control that time . You would need to look at your own countries tariffs for imports . if you need advice please contact us as we can advise on things like commodity codes and country of origin . Generally if you are within Europe and keep the order under Euro 170 the tariffs will be minimal but you probably will still have to pay your local VAT. this will be requested of you by the courier before they deliver

If I need an item that is not in stock, can you source it?

We may be able to. Just send an email to enquiries@quickfiretableware.co.uk, describing the item you need, and we will get back to you with the options we have available.

How do I know if you have it in stock?

If you can add the item to the basket, then we have it in stock. Items out of stock are marked “sold out”. You can click the “notify me when available” button and you will be sent an email when the item is back in stock. If you send an enquiry for a sold out item, with a logo, we will inform you when it is back in stock, when we send you the quote!

Where are the items made?

Our products are produced all over the world; from European factories, factories in the Far East and in the UK. Steelite and Churchill ranges are all produced in the UK, in Stoke On Trent.

What’s the best size for each drink e.g. cappuccino, latte, espresso?

There is no “best" size! It comes down to preference and the type of coffee you are serving. We can help you to select the best size of cup for each of your drinks with free samples – just ask one of our sales people on 0114 248 9416 for assistance!

If I need a higher quantity of an item than you have available, can you help?

Yes, in this instance please email enquiries@quickfiretableware.co.ukor call 0114 248 9416. We will then confirm when the shortfall is due into stock and, if you would like to order, email you a pro forma invoice.

How do I know which saucer will fit which cup?

From the product page for the cup- scroll down the page and you will see "linked items" this is where you will see the suitable saucer. If you don't see one we may not have one (usually on clearance items) but feel free to contact us we might be able to recommend something suitable

Is it oven proof?

Our ceramic products are ovenproof. As with any ceramic item care should be taken to allow them to cool slowly when removing the oven. If you need a product specifically designed to be used in the oven check out our bakeware here.

Is it OK for use in the microwave?

Our ceramic products can be used in the microwave unless stated on the packaging. Any items decorated with a gold or silver logo should not be used in the microwave.

Is it dishwasher proof?

Our products can be used in the dishwasher but care should be taken when sliding the tray in and out of the dishwasher. Ceramic logos are fired at a very high temperature to ensure they are durable to withstand frequent trips through the dishwasher. Glass logos cannot be fired as high so are not a durable as ceramic logos.

Do you ever have a sale?

We do run promotions on a regular basis. These are emailed to customers who have opted to receive our marketing and posted on our various social media platforms. We also have a clearance section here.

How is the capacity worked out?

For cups and mugs we measure the capacity to the rim. If you need a cup with a specific volume, e.g to fit an automatic machine, we can send you a free sample to test before you place an order.

What happens if my order is damaged when I receive it?

We can replace or credit damaged items in line with our returns policy here. Please take photos before disposing of any damaged items

Can I return items?

Yes, you can return items – see the link for our returns policy here. Please retain all packing if you are thinking of returning .

How do I return items ?

log onto your account and navigate to the order you want to return and request a return . We will review the return and then approve it so long as you have requested it in the appropriate time frame . We will then email you further instructions. You will have the option to post back yourself or we can organise a collection at the cost of £6.95 plus VAT
